BANPAS (The Baby & Newborn Photography ASsociation) was an organisation which traded from 2015 until 2019.

It was primarily concerned with helping baby and newborn photographers run better businesses by sharing good practice, teaching business skills and ensuring members had easy access to legislation and safety information.

By 2019 the newborn photography industry had gone through many changes and photographers were requiring entirely different types of support.

Helen McGlynn and Emma Canham, directors of BANPAS, took the decision to close BANPAS, taking all of the popular resources, cutting out the less popular ones and changed direction moving from being an ‘association’ to a network.
